3. Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide personal information to outside parties as a rule. However, to the extent necessary for international shipping and customs clearance, it is provided as follows.

4. Retention & use period

5. Outsourcing of processing

Where necessary for smooth service, the Company may outsource personal-information processing and will disclose the trustee and scope through this policy.

6. Rights of data subjects

You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information at any time: access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing. Requests may be made to the privacy officer below, and the Company will act without delay.

7. Destruction of personal information

Information whose retention period has passed or purpose achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted by irrecoverable means; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
